CANCELLATION & RETURNS

1. Customers in Switzerland

Swiss law generally does not provide a general statutory cooling-off right for online purchases. A voluntary return or cancellation right exists only if stated in the offer, checkout or an individual agreement.

2. EU/EEA consumers

Where mandatory EU/EEA consumer law applies, a 14-day withdrawal right may exist, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions.

3. Training, workshops & events

Fixed-date bookings are generally binding once confirmed unless the booking terms or mandatory law provide otherwise. Transfers or rebookings require approval where applicable.

4. Digital content

Where required for EU/EEA consumers, immediate access to digital content should be preceded by express consent to begin performance and acknowledgement of any resulting loss of withdrawal rights.

5. Goods

For goods sold through an external shop provider, that provider’s return rules apply. For goods sold directly by SHAKA DANCE®, the checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights apply.

6. Cancellation by SHAKA

If SHAKA DANCE® fully cancels a paid service and no equivalent replacement is agreed, the price for the unperformed service is refunded. Travel and accommodation costs are only covered where expressly promised or required by law.
