A paid contract is concluded when an order or booking is accepted or electronically confirmed. Before payment, the essential service, total price, date and conditions must be visible. Available payment methods are shown in the checkout.
Dates, venues, language, trainer and participation requirements follow the offer or confirmation. Participation in instructor education does not automatically guarantee certification. Attendance, participation and assessment requirements may apply.
Digital materials and accounts are personal and non-transferable. Brand use, protected resources and instructor status may depend on an active licence or membership and compliance with SHAKA quality standards.
Product-specific cancellation rules shown at booking apply. Swiss law does not provide a general statutory cooling-off right for online purchases. Directly sold goods are subject to the delivery and return terms shown at checkout. Participants are responsible for assessing their fitness, stopping in case of pain or discomfort and informing instructors of relevant limitations. Minors require the necessary guardian consent.
SHAKA DANCE® names, logos, programme names, teaching materials, videos and manuals are protected. Unauthorised copying, resale, publication, sublicensing or competing commercial use is prohibited. Serious misconduct can lead to exclusion.
Liability applies as required by mandatory law. Swiss law applies to the extent permitted, while mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules of a consumer’s country remain unaffected. The version accepted when the contract is concluded applies to that contract.
