Dance, fitness and self-defence activities can be physically demanding. Participants are responsible for assessing their suitability and should seek professional medical advice where appropriate.

Stop training in case of pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, injury symptoms or other concerning discomfort and inform the instructor.
SHAKA DEFENSE® focuses on awareness, prevention, boundaries, voice and practical responses for women. Training does not guarantee prevention of harm and should be delivered with clear safety boundaries.
Minors may participate or book only with the consent required from a parent or legal guardian.
Respectful behaviour is required. Dangerous, discriminatory, threatening or seriously disruptive behaviour can result in exclusion.
Marketing photos or videos require separate consent where legally required. Agreeing to general terms alone does not automatically authorise marketing use.
Follow instructor and venue safety instructions. In an emergency, local emergency services may be contacted and necessary information shared to protect health and safety.
