These terms govern SHAKA instructor certification, active licences, brand use, protected teaching resources and instructor access.

These terms govern SHAKA instructor certification, active licences, brand use, protected teaching resources and instructor access.
Completing training does not automatically guarantee certification. Attendance, participation, professional requirements and assessment criteria may apply.
A certificate and an active teaching/brand licence are separate. Use of protected SHAKA names, logos and instructor designations may require a current licence or membership.
Licensed instructors must use the brand accurately, follow approved programme standards and avoid misleading claims, unauthorised modifications or sublicensing.
Manuals, videos, choreography resources, downloads and portal materials are personal, protected and may not be shared, resold, published or used to train competing products or AI systems without permission.
Instructors are responsible for safe, respectful delivery, appropriate participant boundaries and compliance with local professional and legal requirements.
When a licence ends, use of protected instructor labels, logos, restricted downloads and other licensed rights must stop to the extent required by the licence.
Mandatory law remains unaffected. Swiss law applies to the extent legally permitted.
