As Country Manager, you are the central connection between your local market and SHAKA Global. You develop a strong network of studios, instructors, trainings, events and community — combining entrepreneurial thinking, local presence and international standards.
CONNECT INSTRUCTORS & STUDIOS
Build relationships with instructors, studios, hosts, event partners and community leaders and connect qualified people with the SHAKA ecosystem.
ACTIVATE THE MARKET
Support local instructor trainings, workshops, masterclasses and community events in coordination with SHAKA HQ and approved education standards.
GROW WITH CONSISTENCY
Represent SHAKA professionally, protect brand standards and connect local activity with the international direction of the brand.
PARTNERSHIPS THAT CREATE REACH.
Identify and develop relevant studio, fitness, education, event and community partnerships without compromising quality, education or brand standards.
MAKE SHAKA VISIBLE LOCALLY.
Work with local instructors, hosts and partners on community building, social content, event visibility, PR opportunities and trusted relationships.
ONE MARKET. ONE SYSTEM.
Coordinate regularly with SHAKA HQ on priorities, education, brand questions, market opportunities and local challenges.
PROTECT THE EXPERIENCE.
Help ensure that instructors, events and partnerships follow approved SHAKA positioning and education pathways.
TRACK WHAT MATTERS.
Share clear updates on instructor growth, studio pipeline, trainings, events, partnerships, community reach and market opportunities.
BE PRESENT IN THE MARKET.
The role combines remote coordination with real local presence, relationship building and on-the-ground market development.

DANCE · FITNESS · BUSINESS
Experience in dance, fitness, studio operations, events, education, sales, partnerships or community development is valuable.
LOCAL CONNECTIONS
Existing relationships with studios, instructors, event organisers, gyms, schools or community leaders can accelerate development.
COMMUNICATION + EXECUTION
Strong organisation, follow-through, relationship management, entrepreneurial thinking and confident communication are important.
LOCAL + INTERNATIONAL
Fluency in the local market language is essential. English or another international working language is a strong advantage.
WORLDWIDE OPPORTUNITY
We are open to conversations for selected markets across Europe, Asia, the Americas, Middle East, Africa and Oceania where strong local leadership can build responsibly.
